At the General Assembly 2012 CSIT has appoints Varna (Bulgaria) at the famous "Gold Coast" at the Black Sea as host for the III. CSIT World Sport Games from June 2^nd until June 9^th 2013. CSIT President Harald Bauer and the director of the organising committee, Mr Kostadin Parzulov from the new organiser "Bulgarian Workers Federation Sport & Health" have signed the contract at the General Assembly of the CSIT in Varna in the presence of the Bulgarian Sports Minister.

Lors de l´assemblée générale, la CSIT a signé le contrat avec le nouvel organisateur « Bulgarian Worker´s Federation Sport & Health « des Jeux Sportifs Mondiaux ayant lieu du 2 juin jusqu´au 9 juin 2013 à Varna (Bulgarie) situé sur la fameuse « Côte d´Or » au bord du mer Noire. Le Président  de la CSIT, M. Harald Bauer, et le directeur du comité d´organisation, M. Kostadin Parzulov, ont signé l´accord en présence du Ministre de Sport bulgare qui a affirmé l´ample soutien du gouvernement pour les Jeux Sportifs Mondiaux  de 2013 ainsi que le maire de la métropole au bord du mer Noire étant en pleine expansion, M. Kiril Jordanow.

From 15 - 17 September a formation course with the focus on physical activities for weak elderly people took part in the wonderful Castle Schielleiten in Austria.

The "Bulgarian Workers' Federation Sport and Health" will host the CSIT General Assembly in Varna / Bulgaria from 23. - 30. September 2012.

The III. CSIT World Sports Games will take place at the famous "Gold Coast" by the "Black Sea" in Varna (Bulgaria) from June 2^nd until June 9^th 2013, organised from CSIT member "Bulgarian Workers Federation Sport & Health". Even the General Assembly 2012 is meeting there.

CSIT has accepted the World Anti-Doping Code (the "Code") and has established the CSIT Anti-Doping Rules (Rules) in accordance with the Code, expecting that, in the spirit of sport, it will contribute to the fight against doping. Free iPhone App for actual "Prohibited List".

It's a pleasure for the CSIT Working Group "Physical activity for Seniors 55+" and ASKÖ to invite you to participate in a formation course 15 -17 September, 2012 in Schielleiten, Austria.                                                                                

CSIT Wrestling Championships were organized in Finland, Sport Center Kisakeskus, by the Finnish Workers Sport Federation TUL from 12. to 16. July, 2012.

Parallel to the Beachvolleyball Championships the CSIT Swimming communityy stopped in Lignano/Sabbiadoro to hold their swimming championships.

At the end of June 2012 the CSIT Beachvolley family met in lignano. Hosted by AICS, celebrating their 50 anniversary, eight women and 9 men teams were set to win the title.

SESI cancelled "CSIT World Sports Games 2013 in Rio de Janeiro"!

Chairman of the Technical Commission Football Jens Nygaard reports in the following about the last Futsal Championships in Eilat / Israel.         

All our sympathy is with Josephs' family and his fellows in AFSTB (Belgium).       

The 1. CSIT Executive Committee meeting took place in one of the most spectacular cities in the world, Rome / Italy, February 16-19.      

In regard to the sports calendar 2012 following CSIT sports events were fixed in the meantime.                                           

Our member union from Switzerland SATUS informed us about Frédéric Balzli's passing away.                                  

From October 22nd-27th, 2011 a Trans-National Youth Seminar with young participants of five CSIT member unions took place in Cesenatico (Italy) The Italian CSIT member organisation AICS hosted the seminar, which was financed by the EU fund Youth in Action.
