Sport Impacts All – 1st World Amateur Sport Forum

The first edition of the World Amateur Sport Forum “Sport Impacts All” on 18th of October 2019 will open the 41st CSIT-Congressweek in Rome

Italian CSIT member-organization AICS is the host of the 1st World Amateur Sport Forum “Sport Impacts All”, which is organized by CSIT and will be held in Rome on 18th of October from 9 am to 1 pm at Salone d'Onore del Coni, the Italian National Olympic Committee. AICS expects around 300 guests from different communites. LIVE-streaming will be guaranteed for the whole conference. Find the detailed program here. The Forum is the opening session of the 41st CSIT Congress Week to be held in Rome from 14th to 20th October 2019. 

The activities will be anticipated by the institutional greetings of the Italian Minister for Equal Opportunities Elena Bonetti, the Professor Francesco Landi, member of the Board of Directors of Sports and Health, the Congressman Simone Valente, and Claudia Fiaschi, spokesperson of the Third Sector Forum. The Italian Sport Minister, Vincenzo Spadafora, and the Mayor of Rome, Virginia Raggi, have been also invited to speak.

The congress will be open by CSIT President Bruno Molea, who will represent the model of sport promotion in favor of social policies. His speech will be followed by reports on the olympic perspective – described by Francesco Ricci Bitti, president of Asoif, The Association of summer olympic international federations, and member of the Coni Executive Board, and by the vice-president of Coni Franco Chimenti. In addition to Sport in Comune, one of the strategic national projects of AICS, there will also be the presemntation of the results of the European project OutSport against sexual orientation discrimination in the field of sport and of the European project YOUAca for the professional growth of future sport managers.
